I Like Books

Funny, being Handler's first book it was one of my last of hers to read. Like her others the book is compiled of a bunch of small essays, each about sleeping with, attempting to sleep with, finding out she didn't sleep with or changing her mind about sleeping with somebody. And, like all of her other books there were many times I literally laughed out loud. There were even a few other times when I had to go back and read a sentence or two out loud to my boyfriend, who I am sure appreciated it.

As always I love the way Handler writes. Very colloquial, as if she and I were having a conversation. She has no apologies, is up front and I love it.
